If you are traveling by car, begin your journey from Khairpur city. Head southeast on National Highway N-55 towards Kot Diji. The distance from Khairpur to Kot Diji Fort is approximately 20 kilometers and should take around 30 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Kot Diji as you near your destination. Once you arrive in Kot Diji, follow the local roads to reach the fort, which is located at the coordinates 27.3436107 latitude and 68.7069176 longitude. Parking is available near the fort.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Khairpur to Kot Diji. Buses frequently depart from the main bus terminal in Khairpur. The fare is typically around PKR 50-100 and the journey will take about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Kot Diji, you can either walk to the fort, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, or hire a local rickshaw for a small fee (approximately PKR 100-200).
