Once in Chukyatan, follow the signs for 'Baab-e-Kumrat' which will lead you onto Dir-Malakand Road. Continue on this road for another 30 minutes, and you will arrive at Baab-e-Kumrat. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, as some parts of the road can be uneven.
