If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest major city, Gilgit. Take the Gilgit-Skardu Road (N-15) heading southeast. Continue driving for approximately 70 km until you reach the junction at Skardu. Here, you will take a left turn towards Skardu. Follow this road for about 30 km until you reach the town of Skardu. From Skardu, you will need to hire a local jeep or 4x4 vehicle to navigate the rough terrain to Bilamik Valley. The jeep ride will take around 2-3 hours, covering approximately 35 km on unpaved roads. Keep in mind that the cost for hiring a jeep can range from PKR 3000 to PKR 5000 depending on negotiation and season.

For those opting for public transportation, start from Gilgit. You can find buses or vans heading towards Skardu at the Gilgit bus terminal. The journey to Skardu takes about 2-3 hours, and the fare is typically around PKR 500-700. Once you reach Skardu, you will need to hire a local jeep to reach Bilamik Valley. The jeep ride will cost about PKR 3000 to PKR 5000 and will take roughly 2-3 hours to cover the distance of 35 km on unpaved roads.
