If you are driving your own car or renting one, start from Gilgit city. Head south on the N-35 (Karakoram Highway) and continue for about 10 km until you reach the Karakoram International University (KIU) area. Once you approach the university, look for signs directing you to the KIU View Point. There is a small uphill road leading to the viewpoint. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes, and parking is available near the viewpoint.

From Gilgit city, you can hire a local taxi or ride-sharing service to take you to the KIU View Point. The fare should be around PKR 300-500, depending on negotiation and peak hours. Inform the driver that you want to go to the KIU View Point, and they will know the route. The journey will take about 20 minutes.
