If you are traveling by car, start from Islamabad. Take the Islamabad Expressway (N-5) heading towards Rawat. After about 20 kilometers, turn left onto the road towards Kallar Syedan. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the village of Pharwala. Look for signs directing you to Pharwala Fort, which is located on the outskirts of the village. There is no entry fee for the fort.

To reach Pharwala Fort using public transportation, take a bus or van from Islamabad to Kallar Syedan. Buses leave from the Faizabad Interchange, and the fare is usually around PKR 100-150. After arriving in Kallar Syedan, you can hire a local taxi or a rickshaw to take you to Pharwala, which is about 10 kilometers away. The taxi fare should be negotiated, but expect to pay around PKR 300-500. Once in Pharwala, follow the local signs to the fort.
