Car
Start your journey from the center of Rama Valley. Head south on the main road (N-15) towards the town of Jaglot. After approximately 15 km, you will reach a junction. Take the left turn onto the N-35 highway, which will lead you towards Islamabad. Continue on this route for about 90 km until you reach the outskirts of Islamabad. Follow signs to Daman-e-Koh; you will need to take a right turn onto Daman-e-Koh Road. The total drive is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as there are limited petrol stations along the way.
Public Transportation
To reach Daman-e-Koh using public transportation, first, take a local bus or minivan from Rama Valley to Jaglot. This ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once in Jaglot, find a bus heading to Islamabad. The journey from Jaglot to Islamabad will take about 2-2.5 hours. Upon reaching Islamabad, you can take a taxi or a ride-share service to Daman-e-Koh. The taxi fare may range from 500 to 1000 PKR, depending on your negotiation skills and traffic conditions. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the route to Daman-e-Koh.
