Walking
If you are starting from the Rawalpindi Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Murree Road). Turn right onto Murree Road and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Airport Road. Cross the road and continue straight on Murree Road until you see a sign for Chaklala Cantt. This area is known for its residential and commercial facilities. After about 500 meters, you will notice Mushtaq Baig Shaheed Road on your left. Turn left onto Mushtaq Baig Shaheed Road and Jinnah Park will be on your right after a short walk of approximately 300 meters.

If you are near the Mall Road area, start walking towards the end of Mall Road where it intersects with Murree Road. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Murree Road and head towards Chaklala Cantt. After about 1 kilometer, look for Mushtaq Baig Shaheed Road on your right. Turn onto Mushtaq Baig Shaheed Road, and Jinnah Park will be a short 300 meters ahead on your right side.
