Walking
If you are starting from Skardu's main bazaar, head west towards the Skardu River. Cross the river via the pedestrian bridge and continue straight along the main road. After about 1 kilometer, you'll reach a fork. Keep to the left and follow the road that leads you towards the Hyderabad area. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see the Dewan-e-Khas Hotel & Restaurant on your right, marked by its distinctive signage.

From the Skardu Bus Station, exit onto the main road and turn left. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit, continuing along the main road. After approximately 2 kilometers, look for the signs leading to Hyderabad. Continue straight for another kilometer, and Dewan-e-Khas Hotel & Restaurant will be on your left.

If you are near the Skardu Fort, exit the fort area and head down the hill towards the town center. Walk straight along the main road for about 1.2 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and stalls. As you approach the outskirts of town, keep an eye out for the Dewan-e-Khas Hotel & Restaurant on your right side, about 500 meters before reaching the Hyderabad area.
