Walking
If you are starting from Mingora, the main city of Swat, walk towards the Mingora Bypass Road. Follow the road heading towards Saidu Sharif. After approximately 2 km, you will reach Saidu Sharif. From there, continue towards the direction of Utrur by taking a local bus or a shared van. The bus will take you along the main road. Keep an eye out for the Utrur stop, which is about 10 km from Saidu Sharif. Once you get off at Utrur, ask the locals for directions to Mirha Waterfall, which is approximately a 4 km trek from the Utrur bus stop.
Public Transport
From Mingora, take a local bus or a shared van to Saidu Sharif. The fare is usually very affordable, around 30-50 PKR. After reaching Saidu Sharif, switch to a local bus heading toward Utrur. Once you reach Utrur, disembark at the main square and ask for the direction to the hiking trail leading to Mirha Waterfall. The trail is marked, and you can expect a scenic walk of about 4 km uphill to reach the waterfall.
Hiking
Starting from the Utrur bus stop, begin your hike towards Mirha Waterfall. The hike is approximately 4 km and can take about 1-1.5 hours depending on your pace. Follow the well-trodden path that winds through the lush green landscape. You will encounter local flora and fauna along the way. Keep following the sound of flowing water, which will guide you towards the waterfall. Ensure to take breaks and stay hydrated, as the path may get steep in some areas.
