From Mingora, head to the Mingora bus station and take a local bus heading towards Utrur. The buses usually leave every 30 minutes. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at Utrur. Once you arrive, ask locals for directions to Dasht-e-Laila, as it is a well-known destination. Walk towards the northwest in Utrur, and follow the path leading towards the mountains. The distance from Utrur to Dasht-e-Laila is approximately 5 kilometers, which should take around 1-1.5 hours of walking.
