Walking
From Mingora, head towards Saidu Sharif and find the bus stand. Take a local bus to Upper Dir. The bus ride takes about 3-4 hours. Once you reach Upper Dir, ask locals for directions to the Kumrat Valley. You can find a shared jeep or take a local taxi to Kumrat Valley, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Upper Dir. The road might be rough, so prepare for a bumpy ride. Upon arriving in Kumrat Valley, you can start your hike to Jaaz Banda. The hike is about 6-7 kilometers and takes around 2-3 hours depending on your pace. Follow the trail that leads you through the lush green meadows and beautiful landscapes until you reach Jaaz Banda.

If you are already in Kumrat Valley, you can directly start your trek to Jaaz Banda. Make sure to wear comfortable trekking shoes and carry enough water and snacks. The trek begins at the Kumrat Valley campsite. Follow the river, and you will eventually see signs leading towards Jaaz Banda. The trail is well-trodden but can be steep in some places, so take your time. Enjoy the scenic beauty along the way, and in about 2-3 hours, you will arrive at Jaaz Banda.
