Walking
From the center of Ngatpang, head southeast towards the main road (Route 1). Walk along the road for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction with Route 5. Continue straight, following Route 5 as it curves slightly to the right. After about 10 minutes, you will see a sign for Ongellungel Ngermalk Trail on your left. Follow the path indicated by the sign, which leads you into the lush surroundings of the trail.
Biking
If you have a bike, start at the Ngatpang Community Center. Ride southeast towards Route 1. Once you reach Route 1, take a right and bike along the road for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye out for Route 5. When you reach the junction with Route 5, turn left and continue on this road. After approximately 10 minutes, look for the Ongellungel Ngermalk Trail sign on your left. The trail entrance is just a short ride from the road.
Hiking
For a more adventurous route, consider hiking from the beach area near Ngatpang. Begin at the shoreline and make your way inland, following any visible footpaths that lead towards the main road. Once you reach Route 1, walk south until you intersect with Route 5. Turn left on Route 5 and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you spot the Ongellungel Ngermalk Trail sign on your left. Enter the trail and enjoy the natural surroundings.
