If you are driving, start from the center of Ngemelis and head west on the main road (Route 1). Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and follow it for approximately 5 minutes. Look for signs indicating the direction to Shipwreck, which is located near the coast. You will find a small parking area where you can leave your car.
