Public Transportation

From Panama City, take a bus or taxi to Albrook Bus Terminal. From there, board a bus heading towards Colon. Get off at the town of Sabanitas. From Sabanitas, you can take a taxi or a local bus to El Caribeo. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are heading towards El Caribeo.

Car

If you are driving from Panama City, take the Pan-American Highway towards Colon. After passing through Colon, continue on the highway until you reach the town of Sabanitas. From Sabanitas, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to El Caribeo. The roads may be narrow and winding, so drive with caution.
