From the center of Colon, head to the main bus terminal located at Avenida Central. Look for a bus heading towards Panama City. Ensure that you board a bus that explicitly states its route to 'Panama City' or 'Metropolitan Natural Park'. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Panama City, request the bus driver or conductor to drop you off at the nearest stop to Avenida Juan Pablo II.
