If you are in the Casco Viejo area, head east towards Avenida Balboa. Once you reach Avenida Balboa, walk north along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Calle 2a Oeste. Turn left onto Calle 2a Oeste and continue walking until you see Plaza Carlos V on your right. The plaza is located at XF28+FR9 and is surrounded by beautiful trees and benches, making it a pleasant stop.
