From Pedasi, head northeast on Calle 2. Continue straight onto the Pan-American Highway (Route 1). Follow the highway for approximately 15 kilometers until you see signs for Los Panamaes. Turn left onto Unnamed Road. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach RESERVA ECOLOGICA PANAMAES. Parking is available on-site.

From the main square in Pedasi, take a bus headed towards Chitré. Buses run regularly throughout the day. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Los Panamaes. Once you arrive in Los Panamaes, you may need to take a taxi or walk approximately 3 kilometers to reach RESERVA ECOLOGICA PANAMAES. Be sure to negotiate the taxi fare before getting in.
