If you are traveling by car from your location in Taboga Island, first take a ferry back to Panama City. Once you arrive in Panama City, head towards Vía Centenario. Use a GPS device or a navigation app to find the best route. Follow Vía Centenario, and look for Merca Panamá, which is located on your left-hand side. There is ample parking available.
Public Transportation
To reach Merca Panamá by public transportation from Taboga Island, start by taking the ferry back to Panama City. Once you disembark, you can catch a bus or taxi to Vía Centenario. If you choose the bus, look for buses heading towards Vía Centenario or Albrook. The bus will drop you off close to Merca Panamá. It is advisable to ask the driver to let you know when you reach your stop, as the market is a well-known location.
