If you're traveling by car, head to the main road leading out of the center of Taboga Island toward the ferry terminal. Once you reach the ferry terminal, take the ferry to Panama City. The ferry ride takes approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive in Panama City, follow the signs to Vía Porras. Continue along Vía Porras until you reach Parque Omar, which is located on your left side. Look for the entrance marked with signage for the park.
