From Port Moresby, take the Magi Highway (Hiri Highway) heading towards Central Province. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach the roundabout at the junction for the Sogeri Road. Continue on the Magi Highway for another 10 kilometers until you see the sign for Owers' Corner. Turn left onto the road leading to Owers' Corner. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach Owers' Corner, which is marked by its historic signs and viewpoints. Ensure you keep your vehicle fueled as there are limited services along this route.
Public Transportation
To reach Owers' Corner via public transport, start at the main bus terminal in Port Moresby. Look for buses heading towards Central Province or specifically towards Sogeri. The fare is usually around 10-15 PGK depending on the bus company. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at Owers' Corner. The trip may take approximately 1-1.5 hours.
