If you have a car, start your journey from Madang town. Head southeast on the Bialla Road (also known as the Madang-Dagua Road) towards the Highlands. Continue on this road for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the junction at Karkar Island Road. Take a left at this junction onto the Karkar Island Road and drive for another 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Bikanggau. From Bikanggau, follow the local signs towards Yoya top. The road can be a bit rough, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for such terrain.
