If you are traveling by car, start from Alotau, the capital of Milne Bay Province. Head southeast on the Main Road (also known as the Alotau-Kikori Road). Continue on this road for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the turnoff to the ferry terminal at the village of Gurney. The ferry terminal is well-marked. From there, take the ferry to Rogeia Island. Be sure to check the ferry schedule ahead of time as it may vary. The ferry ride will take about 30 minutes. Once on Rogeia Island, follow the local signs or ask for directions to Nuli Sapi, which is approximately a 10-minute drive from the ferry landing.

For those using public transportation, start at the Alotau bus station. Look for a bus headed towards Gurney, which is quite common. The fare is usually around PGK 15. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Gurney, you will need to walk to the ferry terminal, which is typically a 10-minute walk. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Rogeia Island (costing around PGK 20). After a 30-minute ferry ride, you will disembark at Rogeia Island. From the ferry landing, you can hire a local taxi or ask the locals for a ride to Nuli Sapi, which should take about 10 minutes.
