From the center of Mount Hagen, start at the Mount Hagen Market. Head east on the main road (Waghi Street) towards Kolum. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction near the Kolum Health Centre. At this junction, turn left and continue on Waghi Street. After approximately 500 meters, you will see Kenneth Beach on your left at 1022 Waghi Street. The beach is a popular spot, so it should be easy to identify.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Mount Hagen central, head to the bus stop near the Mount Hagen Market. Look for a bus that heads towards Kolum. These buses typically run every 30 minutes. Once on the bus, tell the driver you’re going to Kenneth Beach. The bus will take you along Waghi Street. After about 15-20 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the Kolum Health Centre junction. From there, walk 500 meters back towards the center on Waghi Street, and Kenneth Beach will be on your left at 1022 Waghi Street.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Mount Hagen. Start from the Mount Hagen Market and ride east on Waghi Street. You will cycle for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Kolum Health Centre junction. At the junction, take a left and continue for another 500 meters. Kenneth Beach will be on your left at 1022 Waghi Street. There are plenty of spaces to park your bicycle once you arrive.
