    From the central park in Aregua, head southeast on Calle 1 until you reach Av. José Asunción Flores. Turn left and continue straight for about 1 km. You will see the lake on your right. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Calle El Paraguayo Independiente. Turn right onto El Paraguayo Independiente and walk straight for about 200 meters. The Centro Cultural Manzana de la Rivera will be on your left.

    Public Bus

    From the Aregua bus terminal, take bus number 30 towards Asunción. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the stop near the Centro Cultural Manzana de la Rivera. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you get off, walk along El Paraguayo Independiente for about 5 minutes, and you will find the cultural center.

    Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start at the main square of Aregua and head southeast on Calle 1. Continue riding until you reach Av. José Asunción Flores, then turn left. Keep cycling for about 1 km, enjoying the view of the lake on your right. When you reach Calle El Paraguayo Independiente, turn right and pedal for about 200 meters.
