Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of Areguá, head towards Avenida Patiño and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 14 de Mayo. Turn left on Calle 14 de Mayo and continue walking until you reach the main road, Avenida Defensores del Chaco. Cross the road and keep walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the bus terminal. From there, take a bus heading towards Asunción. Inform the bus driver to drop you off at the Museo del Barro, located at Grabadores del Kabichu'i. Once you get off, the museum will be a short walk ahead on your left.

    From Areguá, go to the main bus terminal, which is located on Avenida Defensores del Chaco. Look for a bus that goes to Asunción. Make sure to ask the bus staff to stop at Grabadores del Kabichu'i or Museo del Barro. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the museum is a short walk from the bus stop, just follow the signs pointing towards the museum.
