Start your journey from Asunción, the capital city of Paraguay. Head southeast on Avenida Eusebio Ayala, which will take you towards Areguá. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ruta Areguá. Turn left onto Ruta Areguá and follow the signs for approximately 15 kilometers. You'll notice a gradual ascent as you approach Cerro Kõi, which will be on your right. There is parking available near the entrance. Be prepared for a small fee for parking, typically around 5,000 PYG.

From Asunción, take a bus heading to Areguá. Buses to Areguá can be found at the Terminal de Ómnibus de Asunción. Look for the ones labeled 'Areguá', and the fare is usually around 4,000 PYG. The trip takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at Areguá, you may need to take a taxi or walk to Cerro Kõi, which is about 3 kilometers from the bus station. Taxis are available nearby, and a ride should cost around 10,000 PYG.

If you prefer a direct route from anywhere in Capital District, you can hire a taxi to take you to Cerro Kõi. The taxi fare will depend on your starting location, but expect to pay between 30,000 to 60,000 PYG from central Asunción.
