Start your journey in the Capital District by taking the main road towards Ciudad del Este, which is approximately 20 kilometers east of Asunción. Head onto Ruta Nacional 7 (also known as Ruta 7), and follow the signs for Ciudad del Este. After about 15 kilometers, take the exit towards Presidente Franco. Continue on Calle Saltos del Monday until you reach the entrance to Monday Falls. There is ample parking available near the entrance.

From Asunción, head to the main bus terminal, Terminal de Ómnibus de Asunción. Look for buses heading to Ciudad del Este. The journey typically takes around 6 to 7 hours and costs approximately 30,000 to 50,000 PYG (Paraguayan Guarani).
