Getting There

  • Car

    From Cerro Pero, head south on Av. Dr. José M. Rodríguez towards Av. Sargento José Felix López. Continue on Av. Sargento José Felix López for about 5 km, then turn left onto Ruta 7. Follow Ruta 7 for approximately 10 km until you reach the exit for Presidente Franco. Take the exit and continue on Calle Saltos del Monday. After about 3 km, you will arrive at Monday Falls (Calle Saltos del Monday, Pdte. Franco 7000). Parking is available near the entrance, but be aware that there may be a parking fee of approximately 10,000 PYG (Paraguayan Guarani).

    From Cerro Pero, locate the nearest bus stop and take a bus heading towards Ciudad del Este. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Presidente Franco stop. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Calle Saltos del Monday. The taxi ride should take about 10 minutes and cost around 15,000 PYG. If you choose to walk, it will take approximately 30 minutes.
