From the center of Concepción Forest, head southeast on Route 3 (Ruta 3) towards San Lázaro. Continue for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the exit for San Lázaro. Follow the signs directing you towards the town. Once you enter San Lázaro, navigate towards the coordinates V3Q5+VG, which is the specific location of Caverna 54. There are no tolls on this route, and parking is available near the cave entrance.

Take a local bus from Concepción Forest to San Lázaro. Buses typically leave from the central bus station in Concepción Forest, and the fare is around 10,000 PYG (Paraguayan Guarani). Once you arrive in San Lázaro, you can either walk (approximately 2 kilometers) or hire a taxi to take you to the coordinates V3Q5+VG. Taxi fares within the town are usually around 20,000 PYG.
