Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car within Ybycui National Park, you will first need to navigate toward the park's main entrance. From there, take the main road (Ruta 2) heading towards Acahay. Continue along this route for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Acahay. Once you arrive in Acahay, follow the signs to Ybyraity, which is located at the address Acahay 090206. The exact coordinates are -25.883523, -57.0544395. The drive should take around 30 minutes depending on traffic and road conditions.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you will need to take a bus from the nearest major city, which is Paraguari. Buses to Acahay run regularly throughout the day. Once you arrive in Acahay, you can either walk or take a local taxi to reach Ybyraity at Acahay 090206. The bus fare from Paraguari to Acahay is usually affordable, but be sure to check the latest prices beforehand. Taxis in Acahay are generally available and a short trip to Ybyraity should cost around 20,000 to 30,000 PYG.

• Walking

  If you are already in Ybycui National Park and prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route through the park. Head toward the main exit of the park and then follow the path that leads to Acahay. This walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as the paths can be rugged.
