If you are in the central area of Hernandarias, start by heading towards Av. Carlos Antonio López. Walk along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Av. Manuel Ortiz Guerrero. Turn right onto Av. Manuel Ortiz Guerrero and continue walking until you reach the Presidente Franco bridge. Cross the bridge, and after crossing, turn left onto Av. 5ta División. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a small roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Calle 1ra. After a few blocks, keep an eye out for a sign directing you toward Museo Moisés Bertoni, which will be on your right side. The museum is located at 8CQ8+R8X, Presidente Franco.

From central Hernandarias, locate the nearest bus stop along Av. Carlos Antonio López. Take any bus heading towards Presidente Franco. Inform the bus driver that you would like to get off at the Museo Moisés Bertoni stop or near the Presidente Franco bridge. Once you are off the bus, walk towards the bridge and cross it.
