If you're traveling by car from the central area of Misiones Plains, head southeast on Ruta 1 towards Santiago. After approximately 50 kilometers, take the exit towards Santiago. Continue straight until you reach the intersection of Calle 1 and Calle 2. Turn right onto Calle 2 and follow it for about 5 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating Laguna de San Isidro, which will be on your left side. Make sure to park in designated areas to avoid fines.
Public Transportation
To reach Laguna de San Isidro via public transportation, catch a bus from the main terminal in Misiones Plains heading to Santiago. The bus fare is approximately 20,000 PYG. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Santiago bus terminal, you can take a local taxi for about 10,000 PYG to reach Laguna de San Isidro. The taxi ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare before getting in.
Bicycle
