Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Cerro Kõi, which is about 200 meters from the entrance. The bus fare is usually around 5,000 PYG (Paraguayan Guaraní). From the bus stop, walk along the road until you see the entrance to Cerro Kõi.
