From the center of Filadelfia, head east on Avenida 1 de Mayo. Continue for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction with Ruta 9. Turn left onto Ruta 9 and drive for approximately 20 kilometers. Look for the sign marking the entrance to Samu'u Chaco on your right. Follow the unpaved road for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at Samu'u Chaco, located at coordinates -22.3882054, -60.0340045. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for dirt roads.

From the main bus terminal in Filadelfia, take a local bus heading towards Boquerón. Inform the driver that you want to stop at the junction for Samu'u Chaco. The ride is approximately 30 minutes and should cost around 10,000 PYG. After getting off at the junction, you will need to walk about 1 kilometer along the dirt road towards Samu'u Chaco, or try to hail a taxi in the area.
