From Yataity, head northwest on Avenida San Juan towards Ruta 1. Continue on Ruta 1 for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Ruta 7. Turn onto Ruta 7 heading northeast. After about 10 kilometers, you will see signs for Reserva Natural Tatí Yupí. Follow the signs and turn right onto the access road leading to the refuge.
