From any location in Allegheny National Forest, head towards US Route 219. If you are near the town of Bradford, take US-219 S. Continue for approximately 20 miles until you reach the intersection with NY-394. Turn left onto NY-394 E and follow it for about 10 miles. You will enter the town of Panama, NY. Once in Panama, turn right onto Rock Hill Rd. Panama Rocks Scenic Park will be located at 11 Rock Hill Rd, Panama, NY 14767. There is no entry fee required, but check for any parking fees or seasonal changes in operation hours.
