Car
If you're traveling by car, start by heading west on Route 6 from any point in Northern Tier. Continue on Route 6 until you reach the intersection with I-86. Take the ramp onto I-86 West towards Jamestown. After approximately 20 miles, take exit 12 for NY-60 toward Jamestown. Merge onto NY-60 N and follow it into downtown Jamestown. Once in downtown, turn left onto W 2nd St. The National Comedy Center will be on your right at 203 W 2nd St. Parking is available on the street and in nearby lots; be sure to check for any parking fees.

For public transportation, you can use the Greyhound bus service. First, find the nearest Greyhound station in Northern Tier and purchase a ticket to Jamestown, NY. The trip will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. Upon arriving at the Jamestown bus station, you can walk to the National Comedy Center, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head south on N Main St, then turn left onto W 2nd St. The National Comedy Center will be located on the left at 203 W 2nd St. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
