If you are traveling by car within Allegheny National Forest, start by heading towards U.S. Route 219. From the heart of the forest, you can take PA-59 East towards the town of Ludlow. Continue on PA-59 until you reach the junction with U.S. Route 62. Turn right onto U.S. Route 62 South. Follow U.S. Route 62 until you reach the intersection with NY-16. Turn left onto NY-16. Rock City Park will be on your right at 505 NY-16, Olean, NY 14760. Be mindful of the speed limits and watch for signs indicating the park's entrance.
