From Bald Eagle State Park, head southwest on PA-150 S toward Mill Hall. Continue on PA-150 S for about 17 miles until you reach I-80 W. Merge onto I-80 W and follow it for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 36 for PA-18 S toward Burgettstown. After merging onto PA-18 S, continue for about 12 miles until you reach Hillman State Park, which will be on your right. Make sure to check for any parking fees upon arrival.

If you're traveling by public transportation, your best option is to take a Greyhound bus from Lock Haven, PA to Pittsburgh, PA. From Pittsburgh, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Hillman State Park, which is approximately 30 miles away.
