From Bald Eagle State Park, head southeast on PA-150 S. Continue on PA-150 S for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction with US-220 S. Take the exit for US-220 S and follow it for about 20 miles. Merge onto PA-287 N via the exit toward Wellsboro. After about 15 miles, turn right onto Rte 660. Continue on Rte 660 for about 5 miles, and you will arrive at the PA Grand Canyon located at 4797 Rte 660, Wellsboro, PA 16901.
