Starting from Bald Eagle State Park, head southeast on PA-150 S towards Mill Hall. Continue on PA-150 S for about 10 miles. Merge onto I-80 W via the ramp to Erie. After approximately 12 miles, take exit 210 for PA-147 S toward Northumberland. Continue on PA-147 S for about 15 miles, then turn left onto PA-45 E. Follow PA-45 E for about 8 miles. Turn right onto Buffalo Rd (Route 17215) and continue for about 3 miles to reach Raymond B. Winter State Park, located at 7879, 17215 Buffalo Rd, Mifflinburg, PA 17844. The park entrance will be on your left.
