• Car

  If you are driving, the easiest way to reach Sandy Hollow Heritage Park is to use the address 1313 Birmingham Rd, West Chester, PA 19382. From the center of West Chester, head northeast on Market St toward N High St. Continue onto Birmingham Rd. After about 2 miles, you will arrive at Sandy Hollow Heritage Park on your left. There is parking available on-site, and no entry fee is required to access the park.

• Public Transportation

  For travelers using public transportation, you can take the SEPTA bus route 104 from West Chester. Board the bus at the West Chester Transportation Center. Ride the bus toward the Media/Swarthmore area and disembark at the stop on Birmingham Rd. From the bus stop, it is about a 10-15 minute walk (approximately 0.5 miles) to Sandy Hollow Heritage Park. Follow Birmingham Rd northeast, and you will find the park on your left. Be sure to check the SEPTA schedule for bus times, and keep in mind that bus fares will apply.

  If you prefer to cycle, Sandy Hollow Heritage Park is accessible via bike routes from various locations in Chester County. From downtown West Chester, you can take the bike lanes along Market St, which will lead you to Birmingham Rd. The park is about a 2-mile ride from the center of town.
