To reach Tobyhanna State Park by car from any point within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, begin by locating Route 80. Head towards Stroudsburg and take the exit for Route 611 North. Follow Route 611 North until you reach the junction with Route 940. Turn right onto Route 940 East. Continue on Route 940 for approximately 9 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 423. Turn left onto Route 423, and after about 2 miles, you will find the entrance to Tobyhanna State Park on your right at 114 Campground Rd, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Make sure to check if there are any parking fees required upon entrance.
