If you are in downtown Scranton, start at the Scranton Cultural Center located at 420 N Washington Ave. Head south on Washington Ave towards Lackawanna Ave. Turn right onto Lackawanna Ave and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach Jefferson Ave. Turn left onto Jefferson Ave and continue walking for another 5 minutes. The Lackawanna County Visitors Bureau & Welcome Center will be on your left at 135 Jefferson Ave.
