Board the bus at the Erie Transportation Center located at 208 E 14th St. The bus will take you north on State St. and then turn onto Peninsula Dr. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Presque Isle State Park. The park entrance will be on your right, and from there, you can walk to the visitor center or any specific area of the park you wish to explore.

For those feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in the downtown area. Head north on State St. towards the bayfront. Follow the Bayfront Parkway until you reach the entrance to Presque Isle State Park. The park has bike paths that will allow you to explore the area safely. The ride from downtown to the park is approximately 3 miles and offers scenic views of the waterfront.
