From the Gettysburg Visitor Center, you can take the Battlefield Bus Tour, which has stops near various locations in Gettysburg. Get off at the stop nearest to the downtown area. From there, it's a short walk north along Baltimore Street until you reach 5th Street. Turn left and walk for about 3 blocks until you see Escape Gettysburg on your left at 59 N 5th St.
