If you are starting from the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center, exit the center and head southeast on Taneytown Rd toward Baltimore St. Continue walking on Baltimore St, which will turn into Steinwehr Ave. After a short walk, turn right onto E Middle St. The GAR Building will be on your left at 53 E Middle St.

Public Transportation
If you're near the local bus stop, take the bus that routes to the Gettysburg area. Get off at the closest stop to Gettysburg College. From there, walk south on S Washington St, then turn left onto E Middle St. The GAR Building will be on your left at 53 E Middle St.

If you are coming from the David Wills House, walk east on E Middle St. Continue straight for a few blocks until you reach the GAR Building at 53 E Middle St, which will be on your left side.
