Walking
If you are starting from the Gettysburg Visitor Center, head west on Baltimore Street (US-15) for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with W Confederate Ave. Turn left onto W Confederate Ave. Continue walking for about 1 mile, and you will find the North Carolina Memorial on your right. The memorial is located on the side of the road, so be careful as you approach.

Biking
For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from various rental shops in Gettysburg. Start at the Gettysburg Visitor Center and bike west on Baltimore Street (US-15). After approximately half a mile, turn left onto W Confederate Ave. Continue biking for about 1 mile, and the North Carolina Memorial will be on your right. There is space to park your bike nearby.

Public Transit (Shuttle)
During the summer season, the Gettysburg Bus Tour Company offers a shuttle service that includes stops at major landmarks. You can board the shuttle at the Gettysburg Visitor Center. Make sure to check the schedule and ask the driver to drop you off at the North Carolina Memorial, which is one of the stops along the route. From the stop, it’s just a short walk to the memorial.
