Continue on I-76 for approximately 20 miles, then take exit 340 for I-676 toward Central Philadelphia. Merge onto I-676 and continue until you reach the exit for 22nd Street. Turn left onto 22nd Street, then right onto Fairmount Avenue. Eastern State Penitentiary will be on your left at 2027 Fairmount Ave.
