Car
From Great Valley, head southwest on PA-29 S. Merge onto US-202 S and continue for about 9 miles. Take the exit for PA-3 E/West Chester. Follow PA-3 E for approximately 4 miles until you reach the intersection with E Market St. Turn left onto E Market St, and the West Chester Railroad will be on your left at 230 E Market St, West Chester, PA 19382. There is parking available nearby, but some lots may charge a fee.

To reach West Chester Railroad using public transportation, first, take the SEPTA Regional Rail Line from the Great Valley station to the Paoli station. From Paoli, transfer to the R5 train and head towards West Chester. Get off at the West Chester station. From there, you can either walk about 0.5 miles to 230 E Market St or take a local bus (Chester County Transportation Authority) that will take you directly to the railroad's location. Please check the schedule for the bus as it may vary based on the time of day, and have some cash or a payment card ready, as there may be a small fare.
